BidCentral Online Planroom

Being a SICA member grants you access to planrooms in all of BC. This includes Buyers of Construction, General Contractors, Trade Contractors, Manufacturers and Suppliers. SICA is the only region currently offering full access to BidCentral as part of membership. This allows you access to the following:

• Current Project Information – view closing dates, award information, specifications
   
• Addenda – Automate notifications of newly issued addenda
   
• View Planholders Lists – Contact information for all Owners, Generals Contractors and Trade Contractors bidding on the project
   
• Take Off Tools – Easy to use onscreen takeoff and annotation functionality.
   
• BidCentral Online Planroom - Work with project documents online, download and print them in your own office or order copies to be printed by SICA and delivered to you.
   
• Pre Bid Reports - provides information is included in BidCentral and will keep you up to date on projects at their early stages. This assists our members in planning their jobsites, crews, scheduling, and budgets ahead of the competition. With direct connection to architects, engineers, and general contractors, as well as vigilant searches of media sources and municipal documents, we are your source for upcoming projects.

BidCentral Online Planroom Training

The Online Planroom was designed to make your job easier, so why not attend the brief training session and learn some of its great features. Sessions will be offered online so you can join from your office or personal computer, providing you have a high speed internet connection and access to a phone.
