Through education and training programs, we strive to provide our members with the necessary tools to maintain a professional and safe environment in the industry. • Gold Seal courses for industry management professionals
• Safety Services such as SICA's WHMIS training program and our written Occupational Health & Safety Program, recommended at all major construction sites

In addition, each year SICA presents the Consultant-Contractor-Owner (CCO) Workshop, which is intended to create a networking forum that allows input from all partners in the construction process. With relevant industry topics and valuable "How To" sessions, SICA’s goal is to identify common problems and common solutions.
